Zeroox Founded
Zeroox was founded after seeing how complex and unclear the UK rental market can be. We built a free tool for landlords to manage maintenance records and safety certificates, while gaining a deeper understanding of how renting works in practice.
The Problem We Couldn't Ignore
We began supporting tenants after seeing first-hand how renters were losing deposits, signing unfair contracts, and not knowing where to turn. Working across hundreds of real cases, we built a clear understanding of the patterns behind these problems.
Scaling with Technology
We launched Hello Tenant — an AI-powered platform that gives every UK tenant access to instant contract risk assessment, fraud detection, and deposit protection tools.
The Full Rental Ecosystem
